Clean & Helpful staff!

Had a decent stay! The staff were super friendly and helped out when we had air con issues. The room was clean and the shower was nice. Loved the location too—just a short walk to the river and big sights! One downside was the bedding had a couple of stains, which was kinda off-putting.

The hot water was fantastic and the air conditioning made our stay super comfy during the warm days. I loved chilling out with a book in the cozy lounge and enjoyed a quick game of pool too. The only downside was a bit of noise from the corridor at night, but that didn’t really affect our sleep. 😊

The location was spot on! Just a short walk from Pimlico Underground, and I loved being near so many cafes and shops. Plus, the room had a kettle, and I definitely appreciated the tea and coffee...

Overall cleanliness left something to be desired, with reports of dusty corners and unkempt bathrooms that could definitely use a good scrub.
